Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website https://fathomframe.com and the related internal editorial tools operated under the name Fathom Frame by Antonio Jesús Roldán Rodríguez (“Operator”, “we”, “us”), based in Granada, Spain.

1. What Fathom Frame is
Fathom Frame is a private publishing studio used to research topics, produce original educational videos (including long-form videos and Shorts), require human approval before publication, and publish to YouTube channels owned by the Operator.
The public website provides information, this Privacy Policy, and these Terms. The production dashboard is not a public product and is available only to authorized operators.
2. Acceptance
By accessing the website or using the tools, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or tools.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Authorized access to the private dashboard is granted only by the Operator. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under accounts you control.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to the dashboard, servers, or data.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the service.
- Use the tools to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
- Misrepresent automated content as independently verified professional medical, legal, financial, or political advice.
- Use Google or YouTube API access in ways that violate Google’s or YouTube’s terms and policies.
5. Google and YouTube terms
Features that connect to Google or YouTube require compliance with Google’s and YouTube’s own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
By authorizing Fathom Frame to access a Google Account, you instruct us to act on that account only within the granted scopes and for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Content ownership and responsibility
The Operator owns or has rights to the editorial content produced through the studio for channels under the Operator’s control, except for third-party materials used under license (music, stock, fonts, etc.).
Published videos remain subject to YouTube’s rules, copyright law, and platform enforcement. A human approval checkpoint is part of our workflow before publication through the studio tools.
7. No public SaaS offering
These Terms do not create a right for the general public to obtain an account, upload to third-party channels, or resell access to Fathom Frame. Any future public product would be covered by updated terms.
8. Third-party services
The studio may rely on third-party infrastructure and APIs (for example hosting, DNS, storage, large language models, text-to-speech, and media generation). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by third parties.
9. Disclaimers
The website and tools are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy of generated drafts, or any particular commercial result from published videos.
Educational content published on our channels is for general information. It is not personalized professional advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or tools. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU law.
11. Indemnity
If you are an authorized secondary operator, you agree to indemnify the Operator against claims arising from your misuse of the tools or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the tools at any time, including to protect security, comply with law, or stop policy violations. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply. Courts of Granada, Spain, shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
